Well. I guess I cursed myself by saying we would probably have funny mishaps to share with our family and friends. My first (since we started this blog!) happened today.
Today is Sunday. This coming Friday, mom, my sister, and I are heading down to Birmingham to take bridal portraits- yay!
Since today is Sunday, Tommy and I and one of his friends were meeting at a Starbucks to carpool to church where we've been hearing a marriage sermon series. They were late and I was early (wow!) so I decided to get a muffin and eat it in the car while I waited. I noticed I dropped quite a few crumbs on my lap, and, not wanting the sugary grease to stain my skirt, hopped out to shake the crumbs off. Leaving the car door open, I bent down to brush off the crumbs, go to look down and SLAMMED my forehead onto the corner of the still open car door. I mean- hard. Got dizzy, my eyes welled up, I stumbled back into the car....and then I laughed really hard. Why? A. its hilarious. B. I hope someone else saw and it made their day, and C. I thought of this video:

So now I do have a nice little KNOT right above my left eyebrow.
